Before You Submit

Onboarding & Billing: All new client relationships begin with a one-time onboarding month, which includes your initial setup, audits, and access configuration. The onboarding fee amount will be clearly stated in your contract before payment is due.

Start Date: Your 3-month minimum commitment begins on the first day of the month following your onboarding.

Access Requirements: You must provide access credentials (as outlined in onboarding email) before services can commence. Failure to do so may delay progress but does not pause billing once the contract has been signed.

Next Steps: After submitting, you’ll receive your contract by email for signature. Once signed, your setup invoice will follow within one (1) business day. Your onboarding begins once payment is received.
